Service Department Announcement

Over the years Delta Electrics has offered our Service Department to many manufacturers as a warranty support centre, even if it was for products that we don’t sell or represent. As time has gone by it has become apparent that warranty work should only be offered by Delta as a support function to customers that buy machines through our business.

In addition to cutting back on warranty work and due to worsening skilled labour shortage and increasing cost of labour, we will be carefully considering the work that we accept through our Service Department to ensure that it’s not only economical for our customers to pay to repair but that its in line with our core business. We will be concentrating more on supporting brands that we represent and giving priority service to customers that purchase their equipment and services from us. By taking this direction we ultimately aim to improve our turn around times, our workmanship and staff product knowledge, our productivity and our total level of service.

Lincoln Electrics Service Agency

Delta Electrics wishes to advise that effective immediately we will cease to be the Darwin authorised warranty service agent for Lincoln Electric welding machines.
