LPI direct strike lightning protection system
In late 2008 Delta Electrics supplied and sub-contracted our services for the installation and commissioning of an LPI direct strike lightning protection system at a satellite receiver station in the Darwin suburb of Winnellie. Delta is the authorised NT distributor for LPI and calls on them to provide both their Australian product and engineered design services to ensure the end user has the best lightning protection system available.

RAAF Base
In mid 2008 Delta Electrics supplied and sub-contracted our services for the installation and commissioning of two Eaton Powerware 80kVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units including battery packs and surge protection filters, one unit was installed at RAAF base Tindal and the other at RAAF Base Winnellie.

Ranger Uranium Mine
Delta Electrics recently upgraded one of the UPS system’s at Ranger Uranium Mine. The retrofit included removing the old system and replacing it with a Powerware 9155 8kVA UPS system complete with an extended battery pack, maintenance bypass switch and incoming surge filters on both the UPS feed and bypass circuit.

Sky City Casino 250kVA UPS
Darwin's Skycity Casino underwent an upgrade to their emergency power supply in 2004 by installing a new 250kVA Powerware UPS system that was supplied and installed by Delta Electrics.
