Power Generation
OM Manganese placed an order with Delta Electrics to supply and pre deliver a quantity of FG Wilson sound attenuated, weather proof diesel generators for delivery to their Bootu Creek mine site in the Northern Territory. The sets range in size from 30kVA through to 110kVA and are used for powering pumps sets and accommodation blocks.

HSS HIRE selects Kubota
Roy Jansen of HSS Hire recently purchased two Kubota GL9000 9kVA / 240V diesel generators from Delta Electrics. Roy requested that we fit RCD protection and an earth stake to the sets and he fitted some weather proof covers to ensure the sets meet mine site requirements.

CDE Capital recently purchased a FG Wilson P110ECAE 110kVA diesel generator in a sound attenuated canopy. The generator will be used on a mine site and CDE wanted to extend the time between refueling so we included the option of a 4 position fuel level switch, solenoid valve and the necessary relays, hoses and fittings to connect the generator to a free standing over head fuel tank.

Delta Electrics, in a joint venture with Cummins Diesel & Nilsen Electrics recently supplied and installed a Cummins QST833DFHC-G3, 1041kVA diesel powered, sound attenuated, standby generator at Skycity Casino Darwin. Skycity have now entered into a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Delta Electrics to service and maintain the generator.

The owner of the bakery decided to make the investment in a standby generator after numerous power failures had resulted in the loss of products being baked at the time of outage.

Supply of FG Wilson to Jim Jim
Delta Electrics sold this FG Wilson generator to a local contractor as part of an overall pump and generator package in late 2003. The Grundfos pump and FG Wilson generator package was installed by an independent contractor at the Jim Jim Waterfall park which is located inside of the renowned Kakadu National Park.
